Our Community Welcomes You!

As you approach the entrance of our community, you will first see our security gate with hand painted flowers surrounding our fitting name, "Boquete Valley of Flowers". To your left is a call box. In order to enter our secured community, you can push the appropriate buttons on the call box to auto-dial the cell phone of the person you are visiting. They can open the gate for you from their phone. Since we secure our community, the public is not permitted inside the property unless accompanied by a resident, realtor or the property Administrator.

When first entering our condominium development, you will quickly discover our community lives up to its name. Our grounds are beautifully landscaped with vibrant tropical flowers, palms, fruit trees, flowering shrubs and succulents throughout the property. Whichever direction you look, flourishing flower gardens are certain to capture your interest.

Our floral gardens are a haven for a variety of butterflies, hummingbirds and of course the very essential bees. The mature shrubs, shade trees and towering palms provide shelter for more than 15 different species of colorful birds. Their enchanting songs and chirps can be heard year round. Our community is certainly a beautiful place to live. 

Conveniently located in a popular area of Boquete, our small community is comprised of six buildings, each with two spacious upper and two lower level condominiums. The layouts for each home are identical with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, full size kitchen, dining area, laundry room and spacious terrace. 

The grounds are maintained by a full time gardener, making our community the perfect place to live for seniors and retired expats. Since we are the most affordably priced condominiums in the entire Boquete area, they are in great demand and sell or rent very quickly.

Pets are a welcome part of our community and we are the only complex with a dedicated fenced dog park. There is even a comfy bench for dog owners to sit and enjoy the beautiful landscaping that surrounds the dog park. Here you will discover various rocked gardens filled with an abundant variety of thriving tropical plants.
